Explore a minature version of our beautiful city as it appeared in the early 1950s. With streetcars, cyclists, a working model of the Steel Bridge, and much, much more, Portland is packed with things to see.
Follow coal trains as they depart from Bend, crossing over bridges, and winding their way down the mountains on the way to Troutdale, where you’ll see the coal get dumped onto a barge.
From the mountaintop lumber camps to processed lumber, follow the timber’s journey in our recreation of a 1950s logging railroad and mill operation.
Watch trains as they travel through the beautiful scenery of the Columbia Gorge, passing iconic locations such as Multnomah Falls and the Crown Point Vista House.
There’s more to our modeling than just trains! Towns layout-wide are bustling with activity and packed with detail. Explore lovingly rendered recreations of 1950s Troutdale, Hood River, Wishram, and more!
Take a look behind the scenes at what makes our railroad tick!
